We love how close this hotel is to the shopping mall! It's so convenient to be near so many stores and restaurants. The location is great for getting around as it's very close to the train station. The beds are comfortable and clean, and the shower works well. The staff is polite and friendly.

The towels in the pool area need to be replaced more often as they look threadbare and unclean.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this hotel was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, as it was close to a large mall and convenient to public transportation. The breakfast buffet was one of the best aspects of the stay, with plenty of options to choose from. The room was also spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as free Wi-Fi and an ironing board.

There were a few negative aspects that detracted from our stay. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortably warm.
